Door Cloud is capable of managing four different roles and any number of permission levels:
User – Smartphone users can request instant access or report security-related incidents.
Customer Administrator – The customer’s administrator manages access control within the organization. Their roles and permissions are determined based on the client organization’s security responsibilities and authorizations.
Partner Admin – The local Door Cloud partner is typically a local security company. Their access and rights depend on how management responsibilities are divided between the partner and a specific client.
Master Administrators – Master administrators have a complete overview of Door Cloud’s performance and provide support to partners. Typically, master administrators do not have operational access to clients. Master administrators offer backup support only upon explicit customer request or as a result of escalated incidents.
Mobile Access
Gain access to secure doors and gates using mobile access. Thanks to the location and micro-location technologies used by the Door Cloud smartphone application, users are identified directly from the app, and the door is determined by the phone’s location. This eliminates the need for users to use recognition card readers, reducing the number of card readers required.
