- Mandatory before first order
- Recertification: every 2 years
- Professional
- For medium-to-large scale deployments
- Enables partners to deliver customized operational training
- Recertification: every 2 years , only after successful Professional-level project and with 2 certified experts on the team
- Enterprise
- For advanced, redundant, and highly customized enterprise projects
- Requires a team with 2 Professional Certified Experts + 1 Enterprise Architect
- Recertification required every 2 years
End-user Operator Training
Each end-user must receive project-specific training, tailored to the system’s architecture and use cases. Operator skills can be validated through official certification tests.
