UltraVision Consult implemented a centralized HVAC control solution for one of the region’s largest iGaming companies. By integrating temperature sensors and HVAC systems into the AppVision platform, building operators can now respond to employee comfort requests instantly from a centralized interface—eliminating the need to physically visit each room. This improvement significantly reduced reaction times, minimized disruption, and allowed a handful of operators to manage hundreds of rooms across a 24/7 building.
When you run a building that never sleeps—with thousands of employees, hundreds of rooms, and critical live dealer operations—you need systems that respond as fast as the people working in them. One of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading iGaming companies faced a growing challenge: maintaining thermal comfort across their facility.
Previously, temperature adjustments were done manually—and physically. A small team of operators, working in shifts, had to leave the control room and walk to each individual space to adjust thermostats based on employee feedback. This process repeated multiple times a day across dealer rooms, open-space departments, meeting areas, and production zones. As outside temperatures rose and workloads increased, so did frustration—from both employees and operators alike.
Enter UltraVision Consult, with a solution that didn’t replace the human element, but enhanced it. Using the AppVision PSIM platform, we integrated the building’s HVAC infrastructure and deployed temperature sensors in every room. Now, when an employee reports that it’s too hot or too cold, operators no longer need to leave their workstation. They simply open AppVision, view real-time ambient conditions, and adjust temperature settings remotely with just a few clicks.
Although the action is still manual, the execution is instantaneous and centralized—saving time, resources, and reducing the strain on the technical staff. The system ensures that thermal preferences are addressed more quickly, even during peak hours or across night shifts. And because each room is monitored individually, the company avoids overcooling or overheating entire zones just to satisfy a few discomfort reports.
This setup also prepares the building for seasonal adaptability. In colder months, many dealer rooms—where the majority of staff are women—require slightly warmer environments for comfort. AppVision allows the facility team to fine-tune each space with precision, avoiding one-size-fits-all solutions.
Through this project, UltraVision Consult demonstrated once again its ability to deliver high-impact, operationally efficient, and human-centric technology. From design to implementation and post-deployment support, our team continues to redefine what comfort and control mean in high-density, high-demand environments.
