At UltraVision Consult, we recently completed an automation project where we integrated packaging machine data via OPC-UA into the AppVision PSIM platform. The goal? To monitor machine status, performance, and downtime events in real time, from the same platform used to manage alarms and access control.
The dashboard shows the current state of each machine, a live graph of unit production, interactive operational timelines, and even pie charts visualizing downtime breakdowns. Alerts are triggered automatically for technical faults, and historical data is saved for export and analysis.
